Just like our outdoor sessions, the indoor classes are designed to offer an authentic military style of fitness led by our highly-trained BMF instructors. The classes are ideal for members who are looking for an alternative to training in all weather conditions. They are also great as added variety to our outdoor classes and offer just as fun and challenging a workout.

Andy Andreou

Andy is an ex R.E.M.E (105 Battalion, 131 recovery company), serving to recover battle damaged vehicles for repair. He strongly believes that being a BMF instructor is not about beasting the members, but rather about coming up with fresh Ideas and challenges that make them get the best out of their fitness. He is proud to instruct his members and he not only enjoys the team mentality, but also the social aspect both in and out of the park. In his spare time, Andy is passionate about Martial arts and has competed all over the world representing the British team. He also enjoys motorcycle track riding, hiking in remote locations and brushing up on his field craft and survival skills.

Meeting Point

The meeting point is at the Sports Hall. There is parking onsite at the school.

    British Military Fitness (BMF) outdoor fitness classes are a proven and trusted way of getting fit, losing weight and feeling great. The average total calories burned during a session across all three groups (blue, red, and green) is 640

    A lot of people give up on fitness programmes because they become bored. That doesn’t happen at BMF. Variety and making every session different is the key to our success. Each week you’ll be put through a challenging, effective workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
