Welcome to Bantock Park

Bantock Park boasts 40 acres of undulating park land which still keeps its rural feel despite being in the centre of a town. The instructors use the various paths, benches and other park equipment to great effect for all BMF sessions. On occasion they also introduce equipment from power bags to TRX’s to spice things up.

Jason completed 22 years in the Royal Corps of Signals, serving in numerous countries around the world, including operations in Iraq and Bosnia. The best thing about BMF, according to Jason, is helping members to achieve their fitness goals and change their lives. When he is not at BMF, you will find Jason trail running - the muddier and hillier the better!

Meeting Point

Meeting point: through the park entrance on Finchfield Road, we meet in the main car park next to the Museum.

Directions: From Wolverhampton City Centre - Exit the city ring road onto Chapel Ash (A41) then turn left onto Merridale Road.  Follow South for 0.6m then turn right onto Finchfield Road.  The entrance is 300 metres on the left, drive through the gate and follow to car park on the right hand side.

Each week you’ll be put through a challenging, effective workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
