With two nature reserves and plenty of open space, Worcester Woods has a beautiful landscape for challenging and varied BMF sessions. The park has easy access from both the city and the motorway, as well as a cosy café to enjoy a well-deserved rest and natter with your fellow BMFers after the class.

Dave joined the The Royal Irish Regiment in 1998 and went on to have a very successful career serving all over the world on operations and exercises. As a BMF instructor he loves nothing more than having the ability to transform people’s lives and showing them that fitness can be fun and rewarding. He encourages his members to not only achieve their goals but smash them! He enjoys nothing more than competing in endurance events, from marathons all the way up to Ultra-Marathons. Boxing, football and rugby also feature heavily in his spare time.

Meeting point is in the main car park at Worcester Woods Country Park off Wildwood Drive.  Postcode: WR5 2LG

From Worcester city centre - Follow A44 out of Worcester City centre. Turn left onto Swinesherd Way (A44400).  Go left at big roundabout onto Wildwood Drive.  Car park entrance is on the right.

From M5 - Exit at Junction 7 and turn right toward Worcester.  At the first roundabout take the second exit onto Whittington Road (A4440) and at the next roundabout turn right onto Swinesherd Way (A44400). Go left at big roundabout onto Wildwood Drive.  Car park entrance is on the right.

    A lot of people give up on fitness programmes because they become bored. That doesn’t happen at BMF. Variety and making every session different is the key to our success. Each week you’ll be put through a challenging, effective workout with team games, paired exercises, circuits, strength work and running.

    You are not alone. Every week, you’ll be with your fellow BMFers. With the encouragement of your instructor you’ll be helping each other out, keeping everyone going and keeping them moving. They’ll be doing the same for you – BMF is all about getting fit together.
